Top Up Security and Guarding Services integrating all Public and Private Security and Guarding Interests at Town Centre – These Day and Night CID Guarding Rotation operate under a Senior on duty Supervisor, backed up with Equipment, Communication and Technology – all of which is assisting to combat crime in the MPTCID precinct.
